I don’t know about you, but I am a game hoarder.
I have a bad habit of purchasing games without finishing what I currently have. It’s like a disorder. Like an addiction. But it’s something I can’t stop.
Working in a gaming retail store I am exposed to new releases, old releases, second-hand games, and so many cool items. So it’s no wonder why I constantly come home with a new purchase.

…I know what you’re thinking…
I must be crazy. My collection is huge let alone just my backlog list. However, I am going to make it my goal this year to progress through my list even though I know it’s only going to get bigger (hello God of War and Detroit: Become Human).
The problem I have is that I always think I will come home from work and play something new. But the reality of that is I come home exhausted and if I do play a game, I end up going to play what I am currently familiar with such has COD WWII and Zelda BOTW – 2 complete ends of the spectrum but I have an addiction to those lately.
So, 2018, I vow to make it my ultimate goal to start ticking these games off my backlog list. And I vow to try slow down on my purchases of new games even though it is so very hard. I know some of the games will take me a small amount of time to play but there are some massive titles on that list that scare me. I hate starting games and not finishing them but I know I need to dedicate my time to playing them.
Keep me in your prayers because this is going to be hard….
